In case the product you received is not satisfied for any reason, you can return it (and your money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made), or change it. By filling in the return-change form that you will find on the packaging of the product you bought.
Changes and returns are made no later than 6 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returns / changes are only accepted if the products you wish to return or change are in the same condition in which you received them, ie have not been worn beyond testing, ironing, washing or any other cleaning process. Also any labels that come with the product should be there, just as it was when you received it. They must be accompanied by the original retail receipt.
Greece:
For returns, the cost of shipping the product is borne by the buyer.
For changes, the cost of return and subsequent shipping of the product amounts to 6 euros (if sent by the Elta courier) and is charged to the buyer upon receipt of the change product. Otherwise you can return it any way you wish at your own expense and when you receive the product of the change you are paid 3 euros shipping costs.
Offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Our company assumes full responsibility for the possible placement of a defective product in your order and therefore proceeds to replace it if you are informed within 6 days from the date of receipt of the package and the garment has the label and the original of packaging. If the above conditions apply, follow the following procedure:
We send you a new product without shipping costs. Deliver the defective product to the elta courier as soon as you receive the new package. The change takes place within 14 working days for Greece.
